About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE Functional Manager/Senior Manager to lead business transformation initiatives and drive successful Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations. The ideal candidate should possess robust functional expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, solution design, stakeholder management, and end-to-end D365 CE delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 CE functional design documents.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend standard D365 capabilities.
- Design end-to-end business processes within Dynamics 365 CE.
- Prepare FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Drive UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Manage change requests and support Agile project execution.
- Engage with business leaders and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ability to drive workshops and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Educational Qualification
- MBA / B.Tech

Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
- AI-900 Azure AI Fundamentals
