Role & responsibilities:

1. Lead the project independently

1. Drawing study and prepare feasibility, BOM and budget.
2. Follow up with corporate purchase for on time Tool ordering.
3. Ontime tool buyoff, Commissioning & Handover .
4. Recent product and process development as per customer requirement.
5. Project timeline adherence and submission of project progress report

to program manager.
1. Conduct technical review and tool design review with supplier .
2. Monitor and review the progress of project with supplier.
3. Sample submission and approval from customer .
4. Tooling/ fixture/ equipment buyoff, installation and handover to

series production team.

Preferred candidate profile:

Knowledge of tooling Process design

Knowledge & Understanding of Design Added Software (CATIA, AUTO CAD etc.)

Knowledge & understanding of tool Design, Simulation Software like AUTOFORM





Knowledge of Engineering Drawing Reading

Communication skills & Presentation skills

Time Management Skills

Change Management Handling Skills

Knowledge of tooling Materials

Quality improvement -Time plan preparation.

Customer Management skill.

Supplier management skill

Technical know-how on Tool modification

Data Analysis and interpretation

Knowledge of Customer Specific requirements (SAVW, Renault, FIAT, TML)

Budget preparation

Follow up with corporate purchase for on time Tool ordering

Ontime tool buyoff, Commissioning & Handover

Weekly plan for Tool Trial, Pre-series supply

Weekly Planning for Sample Preparation

Co-ordination with Tooling supplier, series team
