Bozzocabs Pvt Ltd is launching a subscription-based ride-hailing platform in Hyderabad, moving away from commission-based models to secure stable driver earnings and fair pricing, with broader plans to expand across India.

What You Will Do

As a Driver & Customer Onboarding Executive, you will manage daily operations in office, guiding new drivers through the platform transition and ensuring reliable service delivery for customers.

- Lead the onboarding process for drivers adopting our fixed-subscription model, ensuring they are fully equipped to navigate the platform.

- Coordinate daily management tasks to maintain high service reliability across Hyderabad.

- Support incoming customers and drivers with direct assistance and clear communication.

What the Role Requires

- Experience in management, team leadership,



or operational roles within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or storage.

- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad for a 48-hour workweek.

- Readiness to navigate a 6-month probation period as we scale our operations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a monthly salary of INR 8,000–12,000.
