Role Description The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and plans for architectural and structural projects using CAD and related design software. Day-to-day tasks include translating sketches and design concepts into detailed drawings, updating drawings based on engineering and architectural feedback, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications. The role involves coordinating with architects, structural engineers,



and project managers, maintaining organized drawing records, and supporting preparation of documentation for approvals and construction.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, requiring close collaboration with the project team and participation in project review meetings as needed.

Qualifications

- Ability to prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using CAD or similar drafting software.
- Knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and basic structural and architectural principles.
- Robust attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and adherence to relevant codes and standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Organizational skills for maintaining drawing records, document control, and version tracking.
- Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related technical field.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects is an advantage; familiarity with government projects is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal on a full-time basis and adapt to project timelines and priorities.
