Responsible for the implementation and day-to-day functions related business continuity and disaster recovery planning & assurance.

Responsible for interfacing with senior management, regulatory auditors, and company stakeholders while also implementing and supporting the services. You will be involved in all areas from - creation and design to implementation and measurement, to training and monitoring.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Own, oversee and continuously seek improvement of the Disaster Recovery and Resiliency Program, by working with IT teams and key stakeholders to ensure critical recovery strategies are designed, tested, and implemented
- Effectively collaborate with senior business unit leaders to define, prioritize, and support key business recovery requirements and objectives
- Translate recovery requirements into action-oriented plans, programs, data center infrastructures and recovery testing strategies
- Define, implement, lead, and track the assessment and completion of disaster recovery roundtables and remediation
- Define, prioritize, and document sequencing, testing, and validation of recovery plans
- Track upcoming events requiring changes to infrastructure capacity support levels and implement proactive strategies as needed
- Schedule and conduct project planning sessions as required
- Perform a company-wide Business Impact Assessment (BIA)
- Identify apps and systems that are top priorities,



build an Enterprise-wide disaster recovery test schedule, and work with IT professionals to prepare, execute, and document DR tests.
- Work with leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive IT Disaster Recovery strategy and program.
- Maintain disaster recovery program strategy (forward looking roadmap) aligning services and portfolio components to the strategy.
- Lead change management operations for integration of DR goals through the systems development lifecycle.

Requirements Qualified Requirement:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 7-10 years’ experience developing and managing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans (RPO & RTO)
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Program
- Practical experience supporting customer technology requirements
- Expanded technical knowledge of transaction-based systems, supporting open systems and infrastructure
- Expanded knowledge of ITIL principles and structure for Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Ability to simultaneously function in project management, technical consulting and business consulting roles
- Ability to apply good judgement by prioritizing and managing expectations with various parties with varying interests
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with both business and technical colleagues; ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts
- Industry certifications: CBP, CDRP, CDRE, CBCP, MBCP or similar designation desired
- Familiarity with Information Security Frameworks such as ISO-27001/2 and the NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF).
- Familiarity with attestation standards such as SOC 1 / SOC2, Trust Service Principles and Attestation Standard AT-101
- Familiarity with ISO 22301 Business Continuity and/or ISO 24762 ICT Disaster Recovery standards
