Job Overview:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an inbound voice process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduation is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English (VETI Level 4 Quality)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer queries efficiently
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain quality standards in communication and service delivery
- Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to process guidelines

Shift Details:

- Male Candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts with rotational week offs
- Female Candidates:



7:00 AM to 7:00 PM window (9-hour rotational shifts)

Salary & Perks:

- Salary: ₹19,000 CTC (₹15,000 take-home post deductions)
- One-time Bonus:
- ₹1,500 after successful training completion
- ₹1,500 after 60 days on production floor

- Additional Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹7,000 (Attendance + Performance-based, subject to meeting criteria)
