Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop current business and generate leads in the freight forwarding/logistics sector.
Manage and expand existing customer relationships.
Achieve assigned revenue and GP targets .
Conduct customer visits and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with Pricing and Operations teams.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and regular sales MIS.
Ensure robust customer service and timely follow-up.
Experience & Skills:
5–8 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding/logistics sales.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Target-oriented with positive commercial understanding.
