Role Description The Domain Lead – Physiotherapists is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for leading the physiotherapy domain, including assessing individuals with neuro-developmental disabilities, developing personalized physiotherapy plans, and delivering hands-on interventions to improve mobility, functional abilities, and independence.

The Domain

Lead will oversee and guide a team of physiotherapists, coordinate with multidisciplinary colleagues (such as special educators, occupational therapists, and psychologists), and ensure consistent documentation and progress tracking. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions, training staff and caregivers on safe handling and exercises, participating in case reviews,



and contributing to program development that supports holistic well-being. The role also involves maintaining high standards of ethical practice, safety, and evidence-based care within the physiotherapy services.

Qualifications

- Relevant professional qualification in Physiotherapy ( Master’s in Physiotherapy) from a recognized institution, with registration as required by local regulations.
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with neuro-developmental disabilities, including assessment, treatment planning, and hands-on intervention.
- Skills in team leadership, supervision, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with individuals, families, caregivers, and colleagues in a clear, respectful, and empathetic manner.
- Ability to maintain detailed clinical records, monitor outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement of physiotherapy programs.
- Commitment to inclusive, person-centered practice and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Comfort with on-site work in a community or institutional setting in Bengaluru and ability to manage a consistent full time schedule.
- Prior experience in community-based rehabilitation, non-profit or social sector work is an advantage.
