1. Job Description

1. Conduct Village Survey and identify potential areas to develop business according to business requirements and the individual targets set on monthly and quarterly basis.
2. Conduct meeting with respective village residents and provide awareness through financial literacy to source potential or prospective customers.
3. Involvement with new JLG (Joint Liability Group)



formation and maintaining professional relationship with these groups/members.
4. Ensuring proper execution of loan application screening process, credibility check, and quality evaluation as per the standard loan policies and procedures.
5. Providing proper orientation on loan processes and thorough communication about fees and interest rate, instalments, collection rules of the organization to all the members at the time of disbursement.
1. Scheduling weekly plan for disbursing the loans and submit it to the respective Branch Manager.
1. Ensure that professional recovery policies and procedures are followed. Also make sure pre-recovery visit on monthly basis.
1. Collection of EMIs as per collection schedule.
2. Maintain proper documentation and mandatory registers in the branch.

1. Skills

1. Must be proficient in MS office tools.
2. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
3. Must have a friendly and skilled demeanour.
4. Open to frequent travel within state
1. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and other stakeholders.

1. Educational Qualification

1. Minimum Graduation and above in any stream

1. Experience-

1. Min 1 Year of experience in MFI or Bank
