V2 Retail Ltd. is looking for experienced senior Buying & Merchandising leaders to lead our Men's, Ladies, and Kids divisions at our Head Office in Gurugram.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the overall buying strategy, category vision and commercial performance of the respective division.
- Own divisional P&L;, revenue, gross margin, sell-through and stock productivity.
- Drive OTB planning, range architecture, assortment planning and category strategy.
- Lead vendor strategy, sourcing partnerships and commercial negotiations.
- Identify market trends, consumer preferences and competitor movements to build commercially successful ranges.
- Drive private-label / in-house brand development and product strategy.
- Lead and develop teams of Assistant Division Heads, Sub-Division Heads/Managers, Buyers, PO Officers and Category Planners.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Store Operations,



Visual Merchandising and other stakeholders to deliver business objectives.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for professionals with:

- 12–18 years of experience in Buying & Merchandising within fashion/apparel retail.
- 4–5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing large teams.
- Strong experience in P&L; ownership, OTB, range planning, vendor management and commercial negotiations.
- Experience handling multi-category and multi-store retail operations.
- Solid analytical, commercial, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in value / mid-market fashion retail will be preferred.
- Exposure to private labels, Tier 2/Tier 3 markets and Indian fashion retail will be an advantage.
