What You Will Do

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Django.

· Build and manage RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF) to support QMS modules.

· Implement authentication, authorization, and role‑based access controls for enterprise applications.

· Ensure backend systems meet security, reliability, and regulatory compliance requirements.

· Collaborate closely with frontend developers & database engineers to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.

· Write unit, integration, and API tests using PyTest / Django Test Framework.

· Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, reliability issues, and production defects.

· Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices.

· Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment readiness, and environment configuration.

· Maintain technical documentation for backend architecture, APIs, and data models.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

· Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science,



Information Systems, or related field.

· 4–6 years of professional experience in backend development.

· Strong programming experience in Python.

· Hands-on experience with the Django framework, ORM internals, query development, optimization, & troubleshooting in production environments.

· Strong experience with Django REST Framework (DRF).

· Proven experience in REST API design and development, including versioning and error handling.

· Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT / OAuth and role-based access control.

· Solid understanding of backend architecture, service-oriented design, and security best practices.

· Experience writing unit and integration tests using PyTest / Django Test Framework.

· Familiarity with Git and SDLC practices.

· Strong problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy, reliability, and maintainabilit
