Role Description The Division Incharge is a full time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for overseeing division-level operations and performance in alignment with IntelliSmart’s smart metering and digital infrastructure initiatives. The role involves planning and executing projects, monitoring installation and maintenance activities, coordinating with utility stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

The Division

Incharge will manage local teams, allocate resources effectively, and track progress against timelines, budgets,



and service-level commitments. Daily responsibilities include reviewing operational data and reports, resolving escalations, driving process improvements, and supporting the rollout and optimization of smart metering solutions within the assigned geography. The role also requires regular collaboration with cross-functional teams, preparation of status updates, and contributing to strategic decisions that support division and organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong operations and project management capabilities, including experience in planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for infrastructure or utility-related projects.
- Sound knowledge of power distribution, smart metering, or digital infrastructure domains, with the ability to understand technical processes and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership and team management skills, including experience in supervising on-site teams, coordinating field activities, and fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills to work effectively with utility partners, vendors, local authorities, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret operational data, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Proficiency in using standard office productivity tools and basic data analysis software; familiarity with project management or reporting tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in business or power sector management is an advantage.
