Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch & Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, inventory movement, dispatch operations, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and transporters. The candidate should ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials while maintaining proper stock records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Prepare and verify dispatch orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other required documents.
- Ensure the correct quantity, quality, and specifications of material are dispatched.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle arrangement and timely delivery.
- Maintain proper records of inward and outward material movement.




- Monitor and maintain accurate stock/inventory records.
- Prepare and share daily dispatch and stock reports with management.
- Ensure all materials are stored systematically and are easily traceable.
- Handle returns, damaged materials, and discrepancies as per company procedures.
- Follow company policies related to safety, security, inventory control, and warehouse operations.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Preferred Experience Experience in manufacturing, furniture, interior, plywood, wall panels, or building-material industries will be an advantage.
