We are hiring for Logistics Dispatchers for US Logistics for Panchkula Location.

A US Logistics Dispatcher manages freight movement, schedules drivers, and coordinates daily loads across American time zones from an offshore office in India.

Key Responsibilities

- Load Planning & Routing: Assign freight loads, optimize cost-effective routes, and maximize truck or vehicle utilization.
- Driver Coordination: Maintain continuous contact with drivers to manage pickups, route changes, and delivery ETAs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with US-based brokers, shippers, and customers regarding shipment statuses.
- Issue Resolution: Handle delays, equipment breakdowns, detention, and route scheduling conflicts in real-time.
- Documentation & Entry: Maintain accurate dispatch records and update Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or portals.





Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of background in US logistics, trucking dispatch, or international BPO/call center operations.
- Communication Skills: Solid spoken and written English to easily converse with US drivers and brokers.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with load boards (such as DAT, Truckstop) and basic dispatch software or TMS.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours (Eastern or Central Standard Time).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
