Role & responsibilities

- Continuously monitor and operate distillery process on day to day basis to achieve production target
- Coordination with Quality, Engineering, Procurements, stores, & admin teams for day to day operations.
- Optimize asset utilization, Plant efficiency
- Fulfilling of FSSAI requirements in Production & Maintenance

- Achievement of production targets

- Unit Consumption of steam, Water and Chemicals
- Continues improvement of quality and efficiencies in Operations.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and Implement Planned maintenance schedule
- Ensure zero defect of production quality as per company quality standard
- Ensure up keep of plant and machinery.

- Maximize & maintain the ENA yield on daily basis
- Continuously monitor the Process chemical costs, steam consumption and take steps to keep them at an optimum level.
- Identify cost improvement initiatives and make plans and get budget to implement the same.
- Improve Plant efficiency, Productivity and fuel efficiencies.

- Implement companys Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy and procedures.

- SHE Meeting safety standards and statutory norms all the time.
- Ensure safety of the plant operators while dealing with hazardous processes.
- Ensure complete documentation of as per IMS (ISO 22000, 14000, 45000), Food Safety System
