Dispatch Executive

Experience: 5 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive with strong knowledge of Tally Prime and hands-on experience in dispatch and inventory-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily inward and outward entries.
- Prepare and manage job work challans.
- Handle purchase and sales entries.
- Manage accounting and inventory-related vouchers in Tally Prime.
- Maintain proper dispatch and stock records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely entries.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Solid working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Hands-on experience in inward/outward, job work challan, purchase and sales entries.
- Good knowledge of accounting and inventory vouchers.
- Experience in the Steel Industry is preferred.
- Experience in the Stainless Steel Industry will be an added advantage.
- Good coordination and documentation skills.
