We are seeking an experienced professional at middle and senior management level to lead and manage the team in India engaged in the delivery of fiber engineering and operations support services, covering design, permitting, GIS/documentation, while ensuring excellence in productivity & quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide daily leadership and supervision, and own end-to-end delivery of OSP engineering services, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Ensure on-time, right-first-time delivery against customer SLAs, with explicit stage gates and handoffs to US field crews and construction partners.
- Manage program capacity planning, forecasting, and workload allocation across multiple customers and time zones
- Develop, monitor, and manage performance metrics related to production, safety, and quality.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality across the business unit.
- Build strong working relationships with US-based account, delivery, and field leadership.
- Translate US standards and requirements into repeatable, scalable India delivery processes.
- Lead, coach, and grow a multi-layered team, including engineering managers, team leads, and specialists.
- Own hiring, onboarding, training and certification, attrition management, and succession planning.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer focus, with strong collaboration across US and India teams.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, forecasts, and budgets as required.




- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution through proactive problem-solving and leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Deep knowledge of US OSP practices, including aerial (pole attachment, make-ready), underground, and micro-trenching, plus FTTH/GPON architectures.
- Experience leading offshore/global delivery for US customers, with strong understanding of US-India operating models.
- Strong knowledge of fixed and fiber optic network operations, including strand, coax, and fiber splicing and network activation.
- Experience with GIS tools such as ArcGIS, Aramis, IQGeo, or similar platforms.
- Extensive experience in Underground and/or Aerial Construction and Engineering within the telecommunications industry.
- Experience of working with major telecom service providers (AT&T;, Google Fiber, Lumen, Comcast etc.).
- Strong client-facing communication skills and comfortable working US-overlap hours.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant project management or resource tools.
- Ability to adapt to challenges and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail and productivity.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Education :

- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications engineering or related field is required.
- A Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA would be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
