Profile:

- 20+ years in software/engineering leadership within global organizations.

- Strong background in embedded systems, connectivity, IoT, or digital products.

- Proven record of leading large, multicultural engineering teams.

- Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and digital transformation.

- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and people leadership skills.
