Role Overview:

Support end-to-end business development by working closely with beauty brands to bring product ideas from concept to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with beauty & personal care brands

• Pitch private label & contract manufacturing solutions

• Understand client requirements (formulation, packaging, MOQ, branding)

• Coordinate with R&D; and production teams

• Support development of skincare & haircare product lines

• Build and maintain robust client relationships

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in private labeling business, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or personal care.

• Interest in beauty & personal care industry

• Robust communication & learning attitude
