Role Description The Typist role at Ruchishank Designs is a part time position based in Mumbai.

The typist will be responsible for preparing, formatting, and updating documents, reports, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and speed. Day-to-day tasks include typing from handwritten notes,oral dictation and maintaining organized files.

Qualifications
Strong typing and audio typing skills with high accuracy and consistent speed.
Solid clerical skills, including document organization, filing, and basic record-keeping.
Valuable computer literacy, including proficiency with word processing software and basic office applications.
Effective communication skills in english
Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Previous experience in a typing or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent in English; additional training in office administration is an advantage.
