MeraTutor.AI is looking for a confident and target-driven Direct Sales / Cold Calling Executive to join our sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with parents through outbound calls, understanding their child's learning requirements, explaining MeraTutor.AI, following up with interested leads, and converting prospects into paid customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to parent leads provided by the company
- Understand student and parent requirements
- Explain and pitch the features and advantages of MeraTutor.AI
- Convert interested leads into paid subscriptions
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers
- Handle customer queries and sales objections
- Maintain accurate call and lead status in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with customer support and internal teams when required

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Cold Calling / Tele-Sales / Inside Sales / Direct Sales / B2C Sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable speaking with parents over calls




- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven
- Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Previous EdTech or education sales experience will be preferred
