About the Role

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our Direct Channel Sales Team in Bhubaneswar.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the Banking sector, particularly in sales, customer relationship management, financial products, or business development.

Fresh graduates can also apply and will be considered based on their communication skills, willingness to learn, and suitability for the role.

Candidates should ideally have demonstrated stability in their current or previous organization, with a minimum tenure of 2 years.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through direct customer interaction and assigned sales channels.
- Identify potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain relevant financial/insurance products and services to customers.
- Conduct customer meetings and regular follow-ups.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into successful business.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to conversion.
- Ensure proper collection and submission of required customer documents.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Follow company sales processes, compliance requirements, and applicable regulations.

Candidate Eligibility
- Banking-sector candidates will be considered for the Direct Channel.
- Age should be up to 35 years.
- Fresh graduates can also apply.
- For experienced candidates, a minimum 2-year tenure with the current/last company is required.
- Relevant sales experience is preferred.
- Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust customer-handling and relationship-management abilities are preferred.
- Candidates should be target-oriented and willing to develop new business.
