Job Title : DINING CAPTAIN

Location : NEDUMANGAD, TRIVANDRUM

Key Responsibilities

1.Supervise and coordinate daily dining operations.

2.Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

3.Manage table allocation, orders, and coordination with the kitchen team.

4.Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene.

5.Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

6.Guide and supervise dining staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

1.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations preferred.

2.Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

3.Leadership and team-management abilities.

4.Ability to work in shifts and a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
