Digital Marketing Manager – PPC

Location: Noida, Sector 136

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager – PPC who can take ownership of our paid marketing function, lead the PPC team, build performance strategies, and drive measurable business growth.

? Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage the PPC team, including performance monitoring, mentoring, and target setting

- Develop and execute PPC strategies aligned with business and revenue goals
- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Call Ads & Remarketing
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS & ROI
- Manage campaign budgets and make data-driven budget allocation decisions
- Review team campaigns and ensure quality, performance, and timely execution
- Identify growth opportunities through market, competitor, and campaign analysis
- Work closely with Sales, SEO, Content,



and Design teams
- Ensure accurate GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and call tracking implementation
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management
- Develop SOPs and improve PPC processes and team efficiency

? What We’re Looking For:✔️ 3–8 years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing

✔️ Experience managing and mentoring a PPC team

✔️ Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads

✔️ Strong analytical and strategic thinking

✔️ Experience with lead generation and performance marketing

✔️ Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking

✔️ Solid understanding of campaign metrics and optimization

✔️ Experience with US markets / US Travel Process will be an added advantage
