Digital Marketing Specialist

ShantaQuant Technologies Private Limited is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, Google Ads, analytics, and lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, improving online visibility, generating qualified leads, and tracking campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Plan and manage SEO activities to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on data and KPIs.
- Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing channels.
- Create and coordinate website, blog, social media, and promotional content.
- Use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track website traffic and user behaviour.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Monitor important metrics such as website traffic, leads, conversion rates, engagement, CPC, CTR, and ROI.
- Research market trends, competitors, keywords, and new digital marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with the technology, sales, and business teams to support marketing objectives.
- Maintain and improve the company's online presence across relevant digital channels.
- Stay updated with changes in SEO, social media algorithms,



advertising platforms, and digital marketing trends.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO and search engine optimization techniques.
- Experience with Google Ads and digital advertising platforms.
- Experience managing social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and Search Console.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Valuable understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
- Google Ads.
- Google Analytics / GA4.
- Google Search Console.
- Meta Ads Manager.
- Canva or other design tools.
- WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Email marketing and marketing automation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience working with technology or SaaS companies.
