About the role

We are hiring a hands-on performance media buyer to plan, run and optimise paid user-acquisition campaigns for online real-money gaming products operating in licensed markets across Africa and Southeast Asia. You will own the accounts, the budgets and the results, and help build a paid-acquisition playbook in markets where it is still being developed.

What you will do

- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, in-app and programmatic networks, and approved affiliate and media partners.
- Manage daily budget allocation, bidding strategy and scaling decisions across multiple countries and campaign objectives.
- Optimise the full funnel against CPI, CPR, FTD and ROAS targets, not just clicks and installs.
- Build and test creative and landing-page variations, run structured A/B tests and act on the results.
- Set up and maintain tracking, attribution and postbacks using MMP tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or Branch.
- Identify, negotiate with and manage affiliate networks and media partners in target regions, with attention to traffic quality.





What we are looking for

- 3+ years of hands-on paid media buying at scale, including significant experience in online gaming, iGaming or fantasy sports.
- A clear record of managed monthly ad spend, supported by performance results.
- Strong working knowledge of platform ad managers, tracking stacks and attribution logic.
- Experience running campaigns in regulated categories, including creative compliance and responsible-marketing standards.
- Analytical strength with cohort data, retention curves and unit economics by market.
- Experience in African or Southeast Asian markets is a strong advantage but not required.
