- ROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of patient acquisition across Healic's growing network of hospitals.
You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate high-quality OPD and IPD patients across cities, specialties and procedures.
This is a hands-on growth role. You will not only manage campaigns but also own the complete performance marketing funnel — from advertising and landing pages to tracking, lead quality, CRM feedback and ultimately OPD visits and IPD admissions.
Healic operates with an AI-first marketing approach, and we expect you to use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini as part of your everyday marketing workflow.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. Performance Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Call, Local and Demand Gen.
- Manage Meta campaigns including Lead Generation, Click-to-WhatsApp and Conversion campaigns.
- Structure campaigns by city, specialty, doctor and procedure.
- Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis and negative keyword management.
- Manage bidding strategies, Quality Score and audience targeting.
- Develop retargeting and remarketing strategies.
- Test different ad copies, creatives, audiences and campaign structures.
- Manage and pace monthly advertising budgets across multiple accounts.
- Ensure zero budget overspend.
- Align campaign planning with hospital launches, doctor availability, OPD capacity and OT capacity.
- Maintain a campaign calendar and test-and-learn framework.

- Implement Enhanced Conversions and Consent Mode v2.
- Manage Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI).
- Ensure proper event deduplication.
- Set up offline conversion imports from CRM.
- Optimise campaigns towards meaningful outcomes such as OPD visits and IPD admissions, rather than only leads.
- Maintain UTM and campaign naming standards.
- Maintain a complete tag and event inventory.
- Audit advertising-platform data against CRM data regularly.
D. Lead Quality & Conversion Optimisation
- Monitor lead quality and campaign-level conversion performance.
- Work closely with the sales and patient-care teams to understand lead quality.
- Track lead response time and follow-up status.
- Analyse CRM dispositions and use the insights to improve campaigns and targeting.
- Audit landing pages for:
- Message match
- Page speed
- Mobile experience
- Form friction

- Conduct A/B testing of landing pages, forms, creatives and messaging.
- Continuously improve the complete patient acquisition funnel.
E. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards.
- Track spend, leads, CPL, qualified leads, OPD visits and IPD admissions.
- Identify performance trends, anomalies and opportunities.
- Present actionable insights to the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Maintain clear documentation of campaign tests, learnings and optimisation decisions.

- Solid experience in lead-generation campaigns.
- Experience managing ₹5 lakh+ monthly advertising spend.
