Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Kaithal. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions. The specialist will manage and optimize social media profiles, monitor campaign performance through web analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on data insights.

Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling content, coordinating with internal teams, managing paid campaigns, and preparing performance reports.



The role also requires staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills for planning and executing integrated campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to manage, grow, and engage audiences across key platforms.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
