Role Description The Digital Marketing Mentor will work full time on-site at the Perintalmanna campus, guiding learners through AI-driven digital marketing concepts and practical applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering interactive classes, supervising live projects, and mentoring students on campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis. The mentor will help learners build skills in social media marketing, content creation, branding, and online business, while integrating relevant AI tools and analytics platforms.

The role involves developing teaching materials, assessing learner progress,



providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with the academic team to keep the curriculum aligned with current industry standards.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of core digital marketing disciplines, including social media marketing, search engine marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools, analytics platforms, and automation technologies used in modern digital campaigns.
- Skills in visual communication and multimedia, such as basic graphic design, video editing, and familiarity with content creation workflows.
- Proven ability to teach, mentor, or coach learners, including designing lesson plans, evaluating performance, and giving structured feedback.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a explicit, accessible manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or AI tools are an advantage.
- Industry experience in managing real-world digital campaigns, freelance projects, or digital entrepreneurship is highly beneficial.
