About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute paid and organic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, analytics, and AI-driven SEO/AEO/GEO practices.

The candidate will be responsible for developing digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns, improving online visibility, generating qualified leads, and driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, creatives, and landing-page performance.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaign performance.

SEO & Organic Marketing

- Develop and implement SEO strategies covering on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and SERP analysis.
- Improve organic rankings, website traffic, lead generation, and online visibility.
- Coordinate with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.

AI SEO / AEO / GEO

- Implement AI-driven SEO strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
- Apply AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) practices.
- Optimize content for AI-powered search platforms and evolving search experiences.
- Stay updated with changes in search behavior, AI-generated results, and digital marketing trends.

Content & Social Media

- Develop content strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience, and SEO goals.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and social media teams.




- Plan and monitor social media campaigns and brand visibility initiatives.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across digital channels.

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and relevant marketing tools.
- Prepare regular reports covering traffic, leads, conversions, rankings, campaign ROI, and other key metrics.
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience in both Paid and Organic Marketing.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, keyword research, technical SEO, and content marketing.
- Practical knowledge of AI SEO, AEO, and GEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in the IT, SaaS, or Technology industry will be an advantage.
