Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote the centre’s services and increase brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, creating content and campaigns, monitoring online engagement, and optimizing performance based on data insights.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will oversee lead generation activities, manage web analytics tools, and collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing strategies with business goals. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, tracking campaign ROI, and recommending improvements to digital marketing efforts.

- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to plan and execute integrated online campaigns.




- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage platforms, create engaging content, and grow the online community.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to design and implement strategies that attract and convert potential clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and optimize campaigns.
- Robust communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to explain wellness concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and basic design or content creation tools.
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related service industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
