Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute digital marketing strategies that support brand growth and campaign performance. This full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam involves planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns across social media, search, and other digital channels. Daily responsibilities include managing social media presence, overseeing content calendars, coordinating with creative and production teams, monitoring web analytics, and optimizing campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.

The role also includes driving lead generation initiatives, managing digital advertising budgets, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements.

Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand messaging and alignment with client objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience planning and executing integrated campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including platform management, content scheduling, and community engagement.
- Experience in Lead Generation through paid and organic digital channels, with a focus on measurable results.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Solid understanding of online advertising (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) and conversion optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Previous experience in a creative agency, production house, or media/entertainment environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in office in Ernakulam and collaborating with cross-functional creative teams.
