Digital Marketing – Asst Manager / Dy Manager.

This is a full time on-site Digital/Performance Marketer role located in Gurgaon.

The Digital

Marketer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns and optimizing their conversion through performance marketing techniques. They will be expected to work in collaboration with our agency partners. They will leverage a data-driven approach to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across all digital channels, driving customer acquisition and growth. All major biddable platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads including DV360 experience is a must.

They are also responsible for:

- Plan, execute, and manage Digital/performance marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms, focusing on achieving specific goals such as sales or lead generation.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and optimal ROAS.
- Develop strategies tailored to hotel’s specific goals and milestones.
- Manage significant ad budgets across various platforms, ensuring efficient allocation and maximization of returns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and marketplace advertising.




- Collaborate with internal teams, agency and hotels to align campaign strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for future strategies. Understanding of Adobe Analytics & GA is critical.

Additional skills:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, planning, and implementing performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as PPC, Paid Social, Display. Programmatic ads experience will be a plus.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other related digital marketing tools.
- Deep knowledge of Excel will be a plus. Hands on experience on excel is a must.
- Experience with digital media buying, media planning, and media optimization.
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Landing Page Optimization (LPO).
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data-driven marketing techniques.
- Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
