We are seeking an energetic, results-oriented Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive corporate sales leads and student enrollments across our core business divisions:

- B2B IT & Communication Solutions: Telecom, software, and corporate IT services
- Professional Training Institute: Specialized software training and certification programs
- Executive Workspace & Corporate Services: Premium office spaces, virtual offices, and business centers

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Plan and execute multi-channel inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns across Google Search, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- CRM & Nurturing: Utilize CRM and marketing automation software (such as Zoho CRM & Campaigns) to automate lead workflows, score inquiries, and run targeted email drip sequences.
- Student & B2B Acquisition: Develop targeted ad campaigns to recruit students for training programs while executing corporate outreach for IT and workplace solution divisions.




- Local SEO Management: Optimize Google Business Profiles for all locations to capture high-intent local search queries and map traffic.
- Content & Copywriting: Draft transparent, persuasive ad copy, email newsletters, social media content, and promotional landing page material.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics including Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROI. Provide weekly reports to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 2–4 years in digital marketing, performance ads, or B2B lead generation (EdTech or B2B services experience preferred).
- Tool Expertise: Proficient in CRM platforms (Zoho Suite preferred), Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Canva.
- Skills: Solid understanding of paid ad structures, lead funnel optimization, and basic copywriting.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
