About Trendlance & Fameo
Trendlance Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is a Hyderabad-based software company. Alongside our client work, we build and own our own products — the first of which, Fameo, is a verified community platform for India's creators, influencers and public figures, already live on the App Store and Google Play. You'll join Trendlance and help take Fameo to the exact audience it's built for.

The Role
This is a growth role with a very specific mission: put Fameo in front of the people it's built for — Instagram influencers and YouTube content creators across India — and turn that visibility into app installs, sign-ups and paying members. You won't be chasing generic public reach; you'll be running sharp, targeted creator-marketing.
You'll own our social presence day to day, plan and run paid ad campaigns (primarily Meta), and reach creators directly through influencer and organic outreach. You'll work closely with the founder, with real ownership of our growth channels and a clear path to a full-time role.
What You'll Do
- Plan and run paid ad campaigns — primarily Meta (Instagram / Facebook) — targeted at influencers and creators
- Build and manage audiences, set up campaigns, and understand how the platforms' targeting and algorithms actually work
- Track performance and optimise for installs and conversions — CPI, sign-ups, and paid-membership conversions, not vanity metrics
- Manage Fameo's social accounts day to day — content, captions, scheduling, engagement
- Run influencer and organic outreach — identify and reach out to IG/YT creators to drive awareness and installs
- Support creator-invite campaigns aligned with Fameo's invitation-only positioning
- Report weekly on what's working, what's not, and where to spend next.
What You Bring
- Real understanding of Meta Ads — how campaigns, ad sets, audiences, targeting and the delivery algorithm work (through internships, projects, or running your own campaigns)
- A genuine feel for social media growth and creator culture on Instagram and YouTube
- Instagram influencers and YouTube creators are especially welcome to apply — if you've grown your own creator account, you understand our audience from the inside
- An analytical, performance-driven mindset — comfortable reading numbers and optimising toward installs and conversions
- Strong written communication in English for content and outreach
- Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI and similar) to create content and move faster
- Organised and self-driven — you'll own these channels with light supervision
- Available to start from September 2026 and commit to the full internship.
Bonus Skills (a strong plus)
- Graphic design and editing — Canva, Photoshop, and short-form video editing (Reels / Shorts)
- Comfortable being on camera and creating short-form content yourself
- Hands-on experience running real ad budgets with measurable results
- A portfolio of content you've made or social accounts you've grown
