Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support our staffing and recruitment marketing activities. The primary focus of this role will be LinkedIn

Marketing and B2B Digital Marketing initiatives to generate leads, build brand presence,

and drive engagement within the HR and Staffing ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and recent graduates to start their career in digital marketing with real-time, hands-on exposure to data-driven online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn page and leadership profiles.

- Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns (organic & paid if applicable).

- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach and content strategy.

- Assist with SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis

- Support paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.

- Use AI tools to draft content, generate ideas, and improve efficiency.

- Support email marketing and other digital campaigns.

- Monitor analytics and prepare basic performance reports.

- Coordinate with the sales/recruitment team to align marketing efforts with business

goals.

Eligibility

- Freshers and Recent graduates from Marketing, Business Administration, Mass

Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.

- Candidates who have completed a digital marketing course, certification or prior

Internship experience in related field are encouraged to apply.

Skills

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Marketing &
- B2B Marketing.

- Knowledge of graphic design platforms is preferred (Canva, Adobe Photoshop)

- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.

- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and paid advertising platforms.

- Knowledge of lead generation strategies.

- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI)



for content creation and

campaign work.

- Digital Marketing certification (Google / HubSpot / Meta / any recognized platform

preferred)

- A portfolio of academic, personal, or freelance projects is an advantage.
