Position: Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer

Salary: 25,00040,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
- Manage social media pages and create engaging content for marketing campaigns.
- Design social media posts, posters, banners, brochures, reels, and other promotional materials.
- Develop creative content aligned with the organisations brand and campaigns.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the admissions, training, and business development teams for promotional activities.
- Analyse digital marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
- Support online and offline promotional events, seminars,



and student outreach activities.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Good Graphic Designing skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation.
- Good understanding of visual design, typography, branding, and social media trends.
- Good communication and creative problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
