Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive / Intern to support the digital promotion and growth of our Etown products and services. The candidate will be responsible for social media management, content creation, digital campaigns, lead generation, performance tracking, and analysing marketing reports to identify areas for improvement.

Freshers and interns with an interest in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Data Analysis, Content Creation, AI Tools, and Online Promotions are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Etown's social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
- Create and publish posts, reels, stories, promotional creatives, and product-related content.
- Promote Etown app, services, memberships, providers, and offers through digital channels.
- Plan and support digital campaigns to increase app awareness, registrations, provider onboarding, leads, and bookings.
- Track and analyse digital marketing performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, leads, conversions, and campaign results.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly digital marketing reports.
- Analyse reports and identify trends, gaps, and areas where marketing performance can be improved.
- Compare campaign performance and provide basic suggestions based on the collected data.
- Monitor social media engagement and identify which types of content perform better.
- Research competitors, market trends, keywords, hashtags, and new digital marketing opportunities.
- Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Excel/Google Sheets, and other AI/digital marketing tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect product information, offers, customer feedback, and promotional requirements.




- Support WhatsApp and other online promotional activities.
- Maintain proper records of campaigns, leads, content activities, and marketing performance.
- Assist the team in improving digital marketing strategies based on data and report analysis.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to understand and analyse marketing data and performance reports.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining and analysing data.
- Ability to identify trends, compare results, and draw simple conclusions from reports.
- Good communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative thinking and interest in social media content creation.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Interest in using AI tools for content creation, analysis, and marketing.
- Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, hashtags, and online advertising is an added advantage.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Good coordination, time management, and follow-up skills.

Eligibility

- Freshers, recent graduates, and final-year students can apply.
- Digital Marketing certification or internship experience is an added advantage.
- Prior work experience is not mandatory for interns and freshers.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
