WE’RE LOOKING FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE.

Not someone who just knows how to schedule a post. ?

We’re looking for someone who can think, create, execute, analyse — and occasionally break the internet.

At Daxta Labs, we believe marketing isn’t about shouting louder.

It’s about knowing what to say, where to say it, and why people should care.

? YOUR JOB?• Plan & execute digital marketing campaigns

- Manage social media accounts like they’re your own
- Create content ideas that make people stop scrolling
- Understand Meta Ads & performance marketing
- Track analytics, insights & campaign performance
- Keep up with trends before they become “yesterday’s trend”
- Work closely with our creative, strategy & tech teams
- Turn client briefs into “Damn, that’s good.”
- And yes… occasionally convince the client that their idea needs a little tweaking. ?

? YOU’LL FIT RIGHT IN IF YOU:✔️ Have 1–3 years of digital marketing experience

✔️ Understand Instagram, Facebook & the digital ecosystem

✔️ Know your way around Meta Ads & analytics

✔️ Have a sharp eye for content & trends

✔️ Can write a decent caption without asking ChatGPT every 5 minutes ?

✔️ Are curious, proactive & ridiculously eager to learn

✔️ Can handle multiple brands without losing your mind

✔️ Believe marketing is strategy + creativity + execution

? THIS MAY NOT BE FOR YOU IF:You think digital marketing means

“Post → Like → Comment → Done.”

We’re a little more obsessed than that.

⚡ WHAT YOU GET:Excellent people. Interesting brands. Big ideas. Zero boring Mondays.

You’ll work alongside strategists, designers, performance marketers, techies and fellow marketing nerds — and get to see ideas go from “What if…” → “LET’S DO IT.”

? Location: Pune

? Role: Digital Marketing Executive

? Experience: 1–3 years
