Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant HR Manager to support HR operations, recruitment activities, employee coordination, documentation, and day-to-day people management functions. The role involves working closely with the HR Manager and management team to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Manager in managing day-to-day HR operations.
Coordinate recruitment activities, candidate screening, interviews, and follow-ups.
Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Coordinate with employees and departments regarding HR-related requirements.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and other employee information.
Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, notices, and internal communications.
Support employee engagement, workplace coordination, and HR initiatives.
Assist with payroll-related data verification and HR documentation.
Handle routine employee queries and coordinate with the appropriate department.




Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of HR records.
Support implementation of company policies, procedures, and HR processes.
Assist the HR Manager with assigned projects and administrative responsibilities.

Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
Leadership, coordination, and team-management abilities.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Skilled approach to handling confidential information.

Eligibility:
Graduate / MBA-HR / PG in Human Resources preferred.
Freshers with relevant HR knowledge and experienced candidates can apply.
Prior experience in recruitment or HR administration will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,673.39 - ₹24,676.87 per month
