About the Role

Work directly with the founders to execute core business priorities across research, operations, coordination, and special projects in a dynamic, rapid-paced startup environment. Freshers to candidates with up to 1.5 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Assist founders across business functions, special projects, and operational execution.
Conduct market, competitor, and online research using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity).
Prepare reports, SOPs, presentations, and process documentation.
Travel as needed for meetings, property visits, and field research.

What We Are Looking For
Highly organized individual with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and travel when required.

Employment Terms
Work Location: Hyderabad – Full-time Work from Office
Office Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Rotational weekly off based on business and operational requirements
Service Agreement: Selected candidates will enter into a 1-year service agreement with Nuvora Stays.
Compensation: Determined based on performance in the final interview, skills, relevant experience, and overall suitability.
