Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cashier to manage daily cash and billing operations at our automobile dealership/service center.
Handle daily cash, card, UPI, bank transfers, and other payment collections.
Generate and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Collect payments for vehicle sales, service, spare parts, accessories, and other dealership transactions.
Maintain accurate daily cash records and ensure proper cash reconciliation.
Verify customer payments against invoices and outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily cash, card, UPI, bank transfers, and other payment collections.
Generate and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Collect payments for vehicle sales, service, spare parts, accessories, and other dealership transactions.
Maintain accurate daily cash records and ensure proper cash reconciliation.
Verify customer payments against invoices and outstanding balances.




Prepare daily collection and cash reports for management/accounts department.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier/Billing Executive.
Automobile dealership/service center experience will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of cash handling, billing, and accounting procedures.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience with DMS/ERP/accounting software will be an advantage.

Education

Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
