About The Role The Digital Marketing Coordinator – National Marketing Team at MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. is a pivotal role designed to support and execute organic social media strategies and digital advertising initiatives. This position involves managing social media content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis to ensure alignment with brand standards and marketing goals.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Digital Content Specialist and marketing team to develop engaging content, monitor social media performance, and organize digital assets effectively. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, creative flair, and the ability to adapt messaging for various social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining content calendars, tracking key metrics, and providing insights to optimize future campaigns, thereby contributing to the overall growth and visibility of the company's brand.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess 1-4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields. Hands-on experience in managing organic social media content, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing, is essential. Proficiency with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Later is required, with a preference for experience in Sprout Social.





A strong understanding of best practices across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate excellent creative writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce engaging and platform-appropriate content.

Experience in creating and maintaining social media content calendars, basic graphic design skills using Canva, and analytical skills to interpret social media performance metrics are highly valued. Additionally, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Develop, write, and schedule engaging organic social media posts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Maintain and update social media content calendars, ensuring timely publishing and coordination with internal teams for content delivery.
- Adapt messaging and creative content for different social media platforms to maximize engagement while maintaining brand consistency.
- Review scheduled content to verify accuracy, including copy, links, creative assets, tagging, and formatting, before publishing.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments, and manage user-generated content (UGC) to foster community interaction.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on social media performance, analyzing key metrics, trends, and insights to inform future strategies.
- Organize and manage digital advertising assets, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and accessibility for campaigns.




- Collaborate with the Digital Content Specialist and marketing team to ensure creative assets are ready and aligned with campaign requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of current and past advertising creatives, supporting effective campaign management.
- Assist in organizing creative assets for Google quarterly campaigns and other digital advertising initiatives.
- Support the management of user-generated content, content permissions, and creative approvals to streamline campaign workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
