As a Digital Manufacturing Senior Associate you will support work across product development and manufacturing within our Operations Consulting practice, helping analyze complex problems, shape deliverables, and contribute to client service engagements that span physical product development and manufacturing. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, and guide more junior team members while managing assigned workstreams and adapting to changing client needs. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will draw on your understanding of methodologies and technology resources to support deliverables, interpret feedback, and contribute to work that aligns with business and supply chain operations, with a focus on delivery within physical product development and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing manufacturing and product development workstreams to identify process gaps, cost drivers, and opportunities for improvement




- Supporting client engagements by translating business needs into practical recommendations for product lifecycle and operations challenges
- Applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process documentation methods to map current state and refine future state workflows
- Developing manufacturing strategy materials, feasibility studies, and market trend insights to inform product and production decisions
- Using digital tooling, AI fluency, and emerging technologies to evaluate process simulation, production control, and planning approaches
- Interpreting manufacturing cost analysis, supply chain data, and portfolio information to guide prioritization across initiatives
- Coordinating assigned project tasks, tracking deliverables, and adapting plans as scope, timelines, or priorities change
- Reviewing the work of junior team members, sharing feedback, and helping them strengthen analytical and technical skills
- Building client relationships through explicit communication, active listening, and understanding of business context
- Contributing to product strategy, go-to-market planning, and growth management activities across manufacturing programs

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
