About The Role

We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy communications professional to help ETASHA strengthen its digital presence, storytelling and audience engagement. This is more than a content creation role. You will bring ideas, create content, explore smarter digital marketing opportunities and help turn ETASHA’s work and impact into communication that people notice, understand and engage with.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Communications &
- Audience Engagement
- Contribute to the planning and execution of ETASHA’s digital communications strategy across social media, website, email and other relevant digital platforms.
- Identify new and effective ways to increase ETASHA’s digital reach, visibility and audience engagement.
- Develop platform specific communication and explore opportunities to use digital platforms more strategically for organisational visibility, fundraising, partnerships, campaigns and advocacy.
- Track emerging digital communication trends, formats, tools and audience behaviours and identify what may be relevant for ETASHA.
- Content Development &
- Storytelling
- Develop content that communicates ETASHA’s work, impact and stories in a clear, compelling manner.
- Write and edit social media content, website copy, campaign messaging, newsletters, program stories, and other communication material.
- Work with program teams to identify strong stories, testimonials, data points and human impact that can be developed into communication assets.




- Develop content calendars and contribute to campaign planning.
- Digital Marketing &
- Growth
- Support ETASHA’s digital marketing efforts to improve reach, engagement, website traffic and audience growth.
- Explore and support the use of SEO, email marketing, search, social media campaigns and other digital channels relevant to ETASHA.
- Support the development and optimisation of digital campaigns for fundraising, awareness, events, programs and organisational visibility.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion from audience attention to meaningful action, such as website visits, enquiries, registrations, donations, volunteering or partnership interest.
- Creative &
- Visual Communication
- Develop good quality visual communication assets for social media, events, donor communication and organisational outreach.
- Create carousels, reels, short videos, stories, graphics, presentations, brochures, posters, invitations and other digital and print collateral.
- Support photography and short video documentation during field visits, events and programme activities.
- Edit short form videos including subtitles, text overlays, audio and platform specific formatting.

- Digital Platforms
- Support regular content updates on ETASHA’s website and other digital platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve website content, structure, discoverability and user experience from a communications perspective.
- Data, Analytics &
- Reporting
- Maintain organised communication data and reports, analyse performance and provide insights to strengthen communication strategies.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for a communications skilled with a digital mind-set,



rather than someone focused only on design or content production. The Ideal Candidate Should Have

- 2-4 years of experience in digital communications, content, digital marketing, social media, creative communications, marketing or a related field.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, email marketing, audience growth, paid promotion and campaign optimisation.
- Ability to interpret basic digital analytics and derive actionable insights.
- Strong visual sense and working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to create and edit short form videos and social media content.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Experience with website platforms such as WordPress or similar CMS tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
- Curiosity, initiative and willingness to experiment with new communication approaches.

Educational & Experience Background

- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Design, English, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
- Equivalent relevant experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Remuneration range is Rs.30, 000 –
- Rs. 35,000 (CTC) per month, depending upon skills and experience. It will include PF, ESI and other benefits as per rules
