Role Description The Digital Asset Specialist will manage and monitor digital representations of tangible assets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient operations across VittaGems’ platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking asset-backed tokens and coins, reconciling digital records with underlying physical holdings, and supporting asset lifecycle processes such as issuance, redemption, and transfers. The role will collaborate with finance, technology, and compliance teams to optimize asset management workflows, improve data quality, and support product enhancements related to digital commodities.





The specialist will also analyze asset performance, prepare reports for internal stakeholders, and assist in responding to user inquiries related to digital asset holdings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Knowledge of finance and investments, particularly in asset-backed instruments, commodities, or fintech products.
- Experience or familiarity with asset management processes, including reconciliation, valuation, and risk awareness.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conveying complex information clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in investments or asset management are an advantage.
- Comfort working with digital platforms, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis tools; experience in fintech or digital assets is preferred.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services or digital asset management is beneficial.
