Role Description The DevOps Fresher at NexHire Solutions will support the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of development and deployment pipelines in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities include assisting with CI/CD configuration, managing build and release processes, and collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment. The role involves working with cloud platforms and automation tools under the guidance of senior engineers, troubleshooting basic infrastructure and deployment issues, and helping maintain system reliability and performance. The DevOps Fresher will also contribute to documentation of processes, follow security and compliance guidelines,



and continuously learn new tools and practices in the DevOps ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Fundamental understanding of DevOps concepts, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and build automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Unix), scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python), and system administration fundamentals.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and incident management tools, with an interest in improving system reliability and performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn current technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams on-site in Bengaluru.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical knowledge.
- Relevant academic projects, internships, or certifications in DevOps, cloud computing, or system administration are an advantage.
