Desktop Support Engineer – PSS + EUS + Basic O365
Budget: ₹4,10,000 | Experience: 2–4 years | Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in IT
Key Responsibilities
- All PSS + EUS responsibilities listed in role 4.
- Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint access.
- Do basic O365 admin tasks: user creation, licence assignment, mailbox and DL issues, MFA support.
- Support Intune / Autopilot enrolment and device compliance (preferred).
- Help with Teams meeting room and VC setup.
- Handle VIP/executive support with priority.
Skills: Windows 10/11, O365 admin centre basics, AD, Exchange Online basics, hardware troubleshooting.
Preferred: MS-900 / MD-102.
Shift: General / rotational. (weekly off, Shift wise)
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
