Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls with US customers.
Assess customer eligibility for ACA health insurance plans.
Guide clients through enrollment and explain plan advantages clearly.

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable with US night shifts.
Graduates & Undergraduates both welcome.

Shift Details
Timing: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Walk-In Interview:
Timing: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Mon - Fri)
