Are you a Qualified Company Secretary with hands-on experience in IPO, pre-IPO, SEBI and corporate compliance?

We are looking for a agile Company Secretary – IPO & Corporate Compliance to join our team in Ahmedabad.

What You’ll Handle

End-to-end Company Secretarial & ROC/MCA compliance

Board & General Meetings, resolutions and statutory records

IPO readiness and pre-IPO compliance

Coordination with Merchant Bankers, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RTA, Auditors & Legal Advisors

DRHP / RHP documentation and due diligence support

Capital-market transactions and corporate actions

Post-listing SEBI & Stock Exchange compliance

Corporate governance and regulatory reporting

What We’re Looking For

Qualified CS (ACS/FCS) – ICSI

5–10 years relevant experience





Solid IPO / Capital Markets exposure preferred

Sound knowledge of Companies Act & SEBI regulations

Excellent communication, drafting and coordination skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
